摘要:
為了探究國產6061鋁合金板材的可焊性,以驗證其代替進口材料使用的可行性,通過采用力學、金相等試驗手段,對國內外6061鋁合金板材焊接接頭在T42態、T62態下進行了力學性能、拉伸斷口宏觀形貌OM及SEM分析。試驗結果表明,國產6061鋁合金拉伸強度較好,強度系數分別達到95%、91%,與同規格的進口材料相當;國產及進口6061鋁合金焊接接頭橫向拉伸斷裂方式均為垂直于應力方向的正斷,焊接接頭的斷裂區域均為熱影響區,斷口均呈微觀韌窩形貌,與傳統鋁合金材料焊接斷口形貌基本一致。分析結果表明,國產6061鋁合金板材焊接性能良好,可以替代進口材料使用。
Abstract:
In order to explore the weldability of domestic 6061 aluminum alloy sheet to verify the feasibility that replaced the imported materials,by mechanical and metallographic test,welded joints of domestic and overseas 6061 aluminum alloy sheet under T42 state and T62 state were analyzed by mechanical property,and OM and SEM of tensile fracture macroscopic morphology. The rest results showed that domestic 6061 aluminum alloy had better tensile strength,intensity coefficient achieved 95% and 91% respectively,which were equivalent to imported materials of the same specification;transverse tensile fracture mode of domestic and overseas 6061 aluminum alloy welded joints were positive broken perpendicular to the stress direction,region of fracture of welded joints were both heat affected zone,the fracture appearances were both dimple,which were consistent with traditional aluminum alloy welding fracture morphology. The analysis results indicated that domestic 6061 aluminum alloy had good weldability and could replace the imported materials.
